Qe333 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving Bangladesh and several other countries. These terms and conditions apply to the use of qe333's website (qe333.bet) and mobile application.

By using qe333's services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using qe333.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali to ensure they are easily understood by users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall take precedence.

If qe333 detects false information or the presence of a minor on any account, that account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Qe333 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, making identity verification mandatory for all users. qe333 may request supporting documents at any time, particularly for large withdrawals or flagged account activity.

Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. All submitted documents are kept secure and are never shared with third parties.

The following rules apply to all deposits made at qe333:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• The maximum single deposit limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted and may result in account termination.
• qe333 is not liable for failed deposits; in such cases, please contact your payment provider directly.

The following conditions apply to all winnings withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• qe333 reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

The following policies apply to all betting activity on qe333 and are enforced equally for all users:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. The maximum bet amount varies depending on the game and event.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds, qe333 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match-fixing or placing bets through any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
• qe333 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet latency during live betting.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Qe333 reserves the right to restrict or suspend the betting privileges of any account where suspicious betting patterns are detected. We monitor every bet to ensure fair play.

Qe333 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed:

• The welcome bonus is available to new users one time only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is announced.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, they are automatically forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qe333 platform. Violations may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Systematically abusing bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any other form of cyber attack.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Qe333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 months.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• If the account falls under the self-exclusion policy.

If your account is closed and you have a valid balance, contact support@qe333.bet to request a refund. Any legitimate funds will be returned once the investigation is complete. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Qe333 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not let it become an addiction. To support this, qe333 provides a number of tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Complex cases may require up to 7 business days to investigate.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority.
• Final dispute resolution will be handled through international arbitration.

Qe333's decision shall be final and binding in the resolution of all disputes. The time limit for submitting a complaint is 30 days from the date of the incident.

Qe333 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance via email or through the platform. Minor updates, however, may take effect without prior notice.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
